The location is excellent, close to a mall and park, and the hotel even provides transportation for easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, with a great variety of options and even an eggs station. this venue exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely be recommending it to others.

I had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in Nur-Sultan with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were helpful, except for one incident where the plumber took too long to fix a shower issue. Despite that, the overall experience was good.
